On Monday evening at half past seven o'clock, Mr Allan McDonald, Parliamentary representative for the East Coast delivered an address in the Temperance Hall. There was a large attendance, and a good deal of interest was felt to hear the hon. gentleman's views on various public questions. Among those present were:-
