In accordance with Section 34 of the above Act, I hereby notify that the undermentioned summonses for Rates have been taken out by me as Collector on behalf of the Tauranga County Council, in the R.M. Court Tauranga, and that the cases will be heard at the said Court on Tuesday, the 7th day of October, 1884, unless the claims, with costs, be previously satisfied: (Also, cost of each summons, 5s.
