UNDEFENDED SUITS
Undefended divorce suits were dealt with by Mr. Justice Alpers in the Supreme Court to-day. A decree nisi was granted in each of the following cases on the grounds stated, the name of counsel appearing for the petitioner being given in parentheses:
Scobie Thomas White BOWDEN against Yvonne Mathilda BOWDEN, on the grounds of adultery (Mr. O. C. Mazengarb).
Frances Rose CROCKER against Albert Gustaf CROCKER, on the grounds of desertion (Mr. C. A. L. Treadwell).
Leonard Isaac MASON against Myrtle MASON, on the grounds of desertion or mutual separation (Mr. O. C. Mazengarb).
Charlotte Duke RICE against James Perry RICE, on the grounds of drunkenness and cruelty (Mr. O. C. Mazengarb).

Erie Edwin VENNELL against Winifred VENNELL, on the grounds of adultery (Mr. O Pragnell).
James Thomas CROSS against Eleanor Florence CROSS, on the grounds of desertion (Mr. W. P. Shoreland).
Bertha Maud WHITE against William Richard WHITE, on the grounds of desertion (Mr. P. Jackson).
Annie Ada HEARFIELD against Henry HEARFIELD, on the grounds of adultery (Mr. C. B. O'Donnell).
Gracie WILSON against Harold WILSON, on the grounds of adultery (Mr. E. P. Hay).
Rose Johanna BRADLEY against George BRADLEY, on the grounds of desertion (Mr. O. C. Mazengarb).
Gladys Caroline Irene GILLIES petitioned against Gerrard Neil GILLIES for restitution of conjugal rights. Order made. (Mr. J. Scott.)
