THIS HALL WAS ERECTED IN HONOURED MEMORY OF THE MEN OF RUATANIWHA WHO FOUGHT IN THE GREAT WAR - 1914 - 1918 - FOR KING AND COUNTRY

The hall has been demolished but the plaques have been erected on a cairn on Swamp Road.
